Entry-Level | Fabrication Technicians

?? Schedule: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off

?? Type: Contract to Hire

About the Role:

Join a hands-on team building fiberglass structures using tools like chop saws, drills, and nail guns. No formal education required-just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn!

Key Duties:

Pack and crate fiberglass products

Drill, seal, and install handles

Make angle cuts and use hand tools

Maintain a clean and safe workspace

Requirements:

3+ months in production, construction, or manufacturing

Able to pass a tape measure test

Comfortable with hand/power tools

Reliable and hardworking

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
